As OLLI's founder gears up for the Boston Marathon, she is keeping her pace and trimming seconds off her average mile time by sticking to a constant cadence. This will increase her running efficiency, allow her to push through extra miles, and ramp up her speed through negative splits towards the end of her long training runs.
